Meet Mit! We’ll cut to the chase. This girl has some things stacked against her. But she has captured our hearts, and we’re believing the right home is out there! We absolutely ADORE herMit came to us about 6 months ago. She had been living in a parking lot for at least six years.
Understandably she was very shy when she first got here. But boy has she blossomed.Mit is a mature lady. At least 7-8 years old.And Mit has tested positive for feline leukemia, which is often very contagious to other cats. So she would need to be the only cat in the home or live with other leukemia positive cats. Her health is good right now.We have her quarantined by herself. She gets regular visits and attention from volunteers, but it’s just not the same as having her own home. As soon as she hears someone coming in, this petite girl starts meowing excitedly. A raspy older lady meow. As if to say, Where have you been, it’s about time! It’s adorable.
When you go in the room, she immediately wants petted and will take as much as she can get. She will rub on you, and even gets on laps sometimes. You may a notice a bump on her bottom lip. The vet has advised us that’s a harmless skin tag. This girl deserves to live out her years in comfort and surrounded by love. She has so much love to give!
