Meet Pancake!
He’s sweet and fluffy just like his namesake.
Pancake was living outside and suffered a pretty bad wound to his hip. His caretaker brought him to the vet to be euthanized. The vet refused, got him fixed up, and asked if we would welcome him to our crew. How could we resist?!
This cute guy is 2 to 3 years old, and never met a stranger. Very affectionate and looooves pets.
He has tested positive for FIV – Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, which can weaken his immune system. You’d never know it though, he’s healthy and happy. Many FIV+ kitties live long, healthy lives.
The virus is only passed to other cats through deep bite wounds or mating.
