Meet Sophie!Sophie is a survivor. A good Samaritan found her in very rough shape. Brought her in and got her medical treatment.Sophie is partially blind and appears to mainly see shadows and movement. When we dangle toys right in front of her, she plays just like any other kitten — batting, pouncing, and having a blast. She loves being held and is affectionate, curious, and full of personality. She loves to play with her buddy Fern at the rescue.The vet who examined Sophie said he believes her eyes just never fully formed.Sophie will need a home where someone can give her a little extra care and understanding, but truly she has adjusted very quickly here at the rescue.
